Keys can be deposited using the special envelopes 24 hours a day, the fisher proof internal construction ensures retrieval is only possible from the safe area at the base. The Service Express 24 is a 24 hour automated key dispensing machine where customers or colleagues simply enter a 5 digit PIN (supplied by you or the customer) and the SE24 dispenses the keys.

The "Welcome Screen" is customizable so in addition to your company name, you can provide a scrolling message (up to forty characters) to advertise your current promotions.

The SE24 software allows you to "turn on" or "turn off" specific questions that measure customer’s satisfaction too. The cabinet is made of heavy 12-gauge stainless steel with a durable, baked on powder coat finish, with a multi-point locking system making it virtually impenetrable. Security is also built into our software that automatically locks out anyone who inputs three incorrect PIN’s preventing attempts to retrieve keys by random entry. The software provides for a single "Administrator" code with full access to software functions. In addition, you can have up to ten "Service Advisor" codes that allow limited access to software functions. The system will track customer PIN’s entered by each service advisor, and will also report PIN’s which may be incorrectly entered by the customer. A report detailing the last 200 transactions is available along with overall usage statistics.

Installation is simple, all SE24 models can be easily installed onto any wall surface, and all 3 mounting bolts are hidden and only allow access from inside the unit. Plug and Go Ready. We have even designed the system with a "Set up Wizard" that quickly walks you through the simple setup instructions, allowing you to customize system software features.

The SE24 is designed to provide maximum reliability in all weather conditions from -40°F to 158°F (-40°C to 70°C). In the event of a power loss, the system is smart enough to remember all codes, PIN’s, and message screens until power is restored.

Easy to Use Customer friendly graphics (even the ones that don’t like computers) will appreciate how easy SE24 is to use. The combined use of graphics and language instructions minimize the potential for confusion and assures a user-friendly experience. The software allows you to modify the "Welcome Screen," "Thank You Screen," and "3 Pin Try" message which prevents random guessing. You can optionally provide your customer with a "Parking Space Location" and directions to a "Customer Vehicle Pick up Point."

The SE24 is available with as few as 10 key actuators and as many as 40 to accommodate any service facility, and any budget.
