Altered or cancelled orders:
In line with ISO 9001:2008 requirements, all orders are immediately entered onto
our stock and accounting management system, with picking and implementation lists
issued and actioned.This allows for the fastest and most efficient processes to
be implemented with massive advantages to our customers.
Alteration or cancelation of any order involves considerable costs and inconvenience
so a charge of 20% must always apply to altered orders and 30% to cancelled orders,
with some charges up to 100% for completely bespoke items such as special cabinets
that cannot be reused.
Rental Terms & Conditions
Rental is an easy way to use your chosen Keytracker solution for as long or as short
as you like at a very low cost (minimum 4 months mechanical or 18 months Electronic
systems).
You will receive an initial invoice for your monthly rental inclusive of VAT @
20%, please complete the standing order form to action subsequent rentals from the
following month of delivery or installation.
Whilst on rental your goods are on permanent warranty, so all parts will be covered
for free replacement of wear and tear.
If you wish to purchase at any time then just pay by transfer, cheque or credit
card and your rentals will stop on receipt of payment.
If you wish to cancel at any time- just stop your standing order and confirm to
us in writing. You are responsible for the cost of return and rentals until the
date of receipt at Keytracker, and will be invoiced for any parts missing that were
originally supplied, so please ensure all parts are returned at the same time. Goods
remain the property of Keytracker Ltd. You will need to provide adequate insurance
cover during rental period. All prices are subject to 20% VAT
